Burlington Humane Society is hosting a number of Valentine’s events and activities.
Saturday, February 10, join us at Burlington Humane (740 Griffith Court) between 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for our Valentine’s Barks & Bake Sale. There will be cookies, cakes, squares, and loaves for sale, and you can bring your own dog for a picture on our Canine Kissing Couch! And, of course, our animals are just as sweet as our treats.
You can also show your love to our animals by sending an e-card to someone special. You can send an e-card (on behalf of one of our shelter cats or dogs) for $20 to the one you love or to someone you’ve long admired. All names can be given or hidden. Angus is our long-haired lover-cat who loves giving kisses. He has helped our shyer cats come out of their shell — but he needs some love in return.
