Meet Vanessa, Burlington Humane Society’s adoptable pet of the week!
Vanessa is a sweet, shy, and quiet 2-year-old girl who came to us as a stray. We can only imagine how frightening the world must have felt when she suddenly found herself without a home.
Today, Vanessa is slowly learning to trust. She shares her room with another feline friend, and the two spend their days cuddling and grooming each other. It’s a beautiful glimpse of the gentle girl underneath her shyness.
Vanessa needs a quiet, patient family and another friendly cat to help her feel safe. She may need time, but with love and understanding, Vanessa can finally have the home she deserves.
Vanessa is available for adoption through the Burlington Humane Society.
