From Dare To Be You(th)

Dare to Be You(th) (DTBY), a registered charity serving the Halton and Hamilton regions, is proud to announce the launch of its upcoming Leader Within Intensive program, kicking off May 7 and running weekly for four weeks.

Rooted in the belief that investing in youth potential today shapes a brighter, more inclusive tomorrow, the Leader Within Intensive is a virtual program designed to empower youth aged 14–18 with essential life skills while fostering self-discovery, connection, and personal growth.

Run annually, this dynamic online workshop helps young people better understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and unlock their leadership potential — all in a supportive and engaging space that fosters peer connection and growth.

Through a blend of educational content and immersive personal development activities, participants will explore four transformative modules:

• Strengths: embrace what makes you uniquely you
• Challenges: learn how to navigate and overcome life’s obstacles
• Energy: build emotional intelligence and manage your energy effectively
• Trust: develop healthier relationships with yourself and others

By the end of the program, participants will walk away with the tools to:

• Embrace their strengths
• Tackle challenges with resilience
• Master emotional intelligence
• Foster meaningful, trust-based relationships

Participation in the program also counts toward high school community service hours.

Youth aged 14–18 are encouraged to register by April 30, 2025, to secure a spot in the Leader Within Intensive beginning May 7.
