We’re heading into a hot weekend — the city has even declared an extended heat warning starting today. If your home is not air conditioned or you find yourself out and about and getting too warm, you can go to designated Burlington Public Library branches (Aldershot, Alton, Brant Hills, Central, New Appleby or Tansley Woods) to cool down. Or take your cue from Derrick Stevens’ gorgeous photos, and head down to the lake to cool off in the water. Whatever you do this weekend, stay hydrated and enjoy!
