The Aldershot Village Business Improvement Area (B.I.A.) has adopted a new leadership model. Executive Director Judy Worsley has left the organization after six years and two of the existing staff will take over.
Social Media and Communications Coordinator Andrea Dodd and Special Events Coordinator Tiffany Budler will now share the executive director responsibilities as “co-leaders” reporting to the Board of Directors.
“Judy Worsley is moving on to other opportunities and we thank her for her commitment to Aldershot over the past years,” said the B.I.A. in a news release.
On behalf of the B.I.A., Judy Worsley was an outspoken advocate for more and better retail space in new developments along the Plains Road corridor.
