Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) announced yesterday that they have arrested an 80-year-old former bus driver on charges of sexual assault.

Gordon Jack has been charged with sexual assault and sexual interference after his Oct. 7 arrest, resulting from a reported assault that took place five years ago in Burlington. Jack was a school bus driver in Burlington and Aylmer.

HRPS is concerned that Jack may have other victims. Because there is no statute of limitation on reporting a sexual assault, reports can be made regardless of how long ago a sexual assault occurred. If you have any information , call the HRPS Child and Sexual Assault (CASA) Unit at 905-825-4777 ext. 8970, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or via www.haltoncrimestoppers.ca. To report a sexual assault, call the general HRPS line, 905-825-4777 or in case of emergency, 911.
