Oh, hi! My name is Digs, and you may remember me from my adventure nearly a year ago when I took a non-approved walk out of my foster family’s home. (I was just taking the initiative to find my furever family, I didn’t mean to upset my lovely foster people!)

I am nine years old and a social creature. Love allllll the attention — although I do like to be in charge of how the affection comes to me…I am not into cuddling and I’ll walk away when I’ve had enough (I mean, I am a cat, after all).

I’m up-to-date on my vaccinations but I do need medication twice daily to keep me healthy. No biggie, though, because I am very good about taking my meds with my food, no cat/towel/burrito situation needed for me.

I’d love to have my own people again soon — and if you need more convincing, the Burlington Humane Society volunteers say that I have the cutest feet ever. Come and see for yourself!

Digs is available for adoption through the Burlington Humane Society. If you fall in love and want to adopt one of the pets featured in “Adoptable Pet of the Week,” go to the Adopt a Cat or Kitten or the Adopt a Dog or Puppy page on their website for more information on how to proceed.
