The much-loved Burlington Teen Tour Band is home after their Irish tour, which culminated in winning two big prizes: the Best Overall Band in Dublin’s St. Patrick’s Day parade and Best International Band in the Limerick International Band Championship.

After nearly a year of rehearsals and prepping, the group took to the road (well, skies) on March 10 with their iconic red coats and instruments on an 11-day tour of Ireland. They worked hard and played hard, touring the Rock of Cashel in County Tipperary, Lissadell House in County Sligo, and the Cliffs of Moher in County Clare, performing along the way.

These honours come from the band’s first Irish tour in ten years; you can watch the band’s vlog posts on their adventures on YouTube.
