From Monday, June 8, to Sunday, June 21, Burlington residents have an opportunity to share their thoughts and make a real difference by taking Burlington Public Library’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.

“More than 4,600 Burlington residents took the time to share their experiences and ideas in last year’s survey, and their feedback has helped shape our collections, services, and programs,” says BPL chief executive officer Lita Barrie. “When we hear directly from you, we can focus on what matters most to the people we’re here to serve.”

The online survey is quick and easy to complete, with just two short sections: Demographics and Library Services. A paper copy of the survey is available at the Library’s seven locations across the city. Residents may also complete the survey by phone by calling 905.639.3611 extension 1162.

We sincerely appreciate your time, interest, and openness. As CEO Lita Barrie says, “Burlington Public Library thrives because of your involvement! Your feedback is invaluable in helping us make our library the best it can be for everyone in our community. We look forward to hearing from you in the coming weeks.”
