Cilantro arrived at our shelter as a young mom with six adorable bundles of joy. Now that her kittens are off to their own adventures, it’s her turn to shine and find a forever home!
Cilantro is the sweetest, happiest, and most unique cat you’ll ever meet. She’s a staff favourite, and it’s easy to see why. With her distinctive snaggletooth and one-of-a-kind charm, she’s truly a beauty to behold — a face and personality you’ll never forget!
Cilantro has overcome a lot, arriving not only with her kittens but also with some challenges of her own. Thanks to her resilience and care from our team, she’s ready to start a new chapter in life with a family who understands her special needs:
- Low-grade conjunctivitis: Cilantro will likely need occasional eye drops for the rest of her life to keep her eyes comfortable and healthy.
- Special diet: Due to allergies, Cilantro will need to eat only TheraDiet Kangaroo-Maint food to stay itch-free and happy.
- Snaggletooth care: Her adorable snaggletooth sometimes catches her luscious fur, so periodic checks will help keep her comfortable.
Cilantro would thrive in a home where her unique quirks are celebrated. While she enjoys the company of other animals, it’s best for her to be the only pet in the home unless strict feeding routines can ensure she doesn’t sneak a bite of their food. Her allergies flare up when she eats anything other than her prescribed diet, so a careful feeding environment is essential.
