WANTED: Loving adopter for Freddie the goofy cuddlebug!

Are you an expert at giving belly rubs? Do you enjoy leisurely walks around the neighbourhood and adventurous hikes in the great outdoors? Are you patient and understanding, especially when it comes to helping a furry friend adjust to a new home?

If so, we have the perfect companion for you: Freddie!

Freddie is a big, goofy, loving boy who is desperately seeking his forever home. Despite trying several foster homes, he hasn’t found the right match yet. But we’re confident that with the right person, he’ll thrive like never before.

Here’s what you need to know about Freddie:

  • Belly rub connoisseur: Freddie absolutely adores belly rubs and will shower you with love and gratitude in return.
  • Outdoor rnthusiast: Whether it’s a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood or an exciting hike in the wilderness, Freddie is always up for an adventure.
  • Patience is key: Freddie may experience some separation anxiety as he adjusts to his new surroundings. But with patience and understanding, he’ll soon feel right at home.
  • Friendly welcome: Don’t be alarmed by Freddie’s enthusiastic barks when you come home — it’s just his way of saying hello!
  • Couch cuddle expert: After a day of fun and exploration, Freddie loves nothing more than snuggling up on the couch with his favorite human, enjoying a Netflix marathon together.

Freddie has been waiting six long months to find his furever family, and we here at Burlington Humane are absolutely baffled as to why it has taken this long! He is adored by staff and volunteers and we are counting down the days until he has a family he can call his own.

Freddie is available for adoption through the Burlington Humane Society.
