Nominations still open for the Aldershot Community Honour Roll
Nominations are open for the annual Aldershot Community Honour Roll Awards, celebrating the outstanding residents of Aldershot.
All ages are welcome! Nominees must be:
- a current or former resident of Aldershot for at least one year; and
- someone whose leadership, vision, creativity, innovation, initiative, and/or special qualities impacted on and benefited the community of Aldershot and/or made a contribution that has been recognized beyond Aldershot.

Nominate a business for the Business Community Award
Each year, the Aldershot Village BIA attends the Aldershot Community Honour Roll, an event that honours Aldershot’s best and brightest!
At this event, the Aldershot Village BIA awards our Business Community Award. See below for the criteria to nominate a business in our BIA. Please email your nomination and why you would like to nominate them to Andrea Dodd at andrea@aldershotbia.com. Tell us about their business and why you think they deserve this award!
Nomination criteria
Has the business contributed beyond the normal course of business to make a positive impact in the community?
Has the owner or associates volunteered their personal time to help out in the community but for which no monetary gains are received?
Have they provided services that are beyond normal responsibilities, demonstrating a sense of care for the community?
Have they inspired others to make the same impact in the community?
Recognition for a singular event is eligible, however, a longer regular commitment would be preferred. Businesses of current employees/board members are not eligible during the years they are active.
Nomination deadline: April 16, 2024.
