You can shop while scrolling: Burlington Humane Society’s week-long auction event is running through Facebook until Thursday, June 1, 2023.

The Burlington Humane Spring Auction has over 100 items up for grabs, from pet carriers, food, and furniture, to human-appropriate prizes, including restaurant gift cards, makeup, signed copies of books, collector’s items, even an inversion table. All proceeds from the auction will go towards helping the shelter and their animals.

To participate, go to https://www.facebook.com/groups/springauction2023 and place your bid in the comment section under the item you’d like to win. Bids must be submitted by 5 p.m. on June 1, and all winners will be notified on the Facebook post for their item, as well as by private message (watch your message requests!).

Payments for each winning bid must be made within 48 hours of notification (payment can be made via Paypal on the BHS website), or the next-highest bidder will be contacted.
