Kaniz Mouli has been chosen as the provincial Liberal Party candidate for Oakville North—Burlington for the next provincial election. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Masters of Business Administration, and currently works on Bay Street in the financial sector. Previous work experience includes working at Queen’s Park in the public sector. The Ontario Liberal Party leader is Steven Del Duca.
The Oakville North—Burlington riding includes Burlington from north of the QEW, south of highway 407, and west of Burloak Drive, with a jog from Walker’s Line to Upper Middle Road to Guelph Line, as well as Oakville, primarily north of Upper Middle Road. The next provincial election will be held on or before June 2, 2022.
Effie Triantafilopoulos is the current Member of Provincial Parliament for the Oakville North—Burlington riding.
